The Yoga for Anxiety Retreat will focus on overcoming the paralyzing emotions of anxiety, fear and isolation, offering a clear understanding of how Yoga practices can help us to face our fears with courage and to live with greater peace, trust and faith in uncertain times.
Learn practical and accessible Yoga techniques to open the heart, to generate positive thought patterns and to overcome negative tendencies. Our minds are saturated with information overload, especially during these trying times of uncertainty. In this atmosphere, it is difficult for us to access our innate positive and joyful nature, and to remember the goodness of human beings and the grace of God. The Yoga for Anxiety Retreat delivers practical Classical Yoga techniques to address anxiety and fear and to reestablish connection with the beauty and meaning of your life. We can not change the external but we can change our outlook towards it.
You will receive a one-on-one Yoga Health assessment by the instructor and a personalized plan of care based on the 5 Points of Yoga.

Prema is a certified Sivananda Yoga Teacher, graduating TTC in 2012 and the Advanced Yoga Teacher Training Course in 2016.
