Our yoga programs are designed to recharge your energy, rejuvenate your body and mind and leave you feeling inspired, refreshed, centered, and peaceful. Join us from home for an online yoga class! Though we no longer have any income stream since the closings, we know that you too are being challenged economically and we are making all of our sharing free of charge. However, if you have the means, and would like to help, we will accept any donations to help support our full-time staff during these challenging times.

Monday, April 13 @ 8:00 am – all levels (1.5 hrs)
Monday, April 13 @ 6:00 pm – all levels (1.5 hrs)
Tuesday, April 14 @ 8:00 am – all levels (1.5 hrs)
Wednesday, April 15 @ 8:00 am – all levels (1.5 hrs)
Wednesday, April 15 @ 4:00 pm – all levels (2 hrs)
Thursday, April 16 @ 8:00 am – all levels (1.5 hrs)
Thursday, April 16 @ 4:00 pm – all levels (2 hrs)
Friday, April 17 @ 7:00 am – all levels (1.5 hrs)
Friday, April 17 @ 4:00 pm – Pranayama (30 mins)
Saturday, April 18 @ 8:00 am – Gentle class (1.5 hrs)
Sunday, April 19 @ 3:00 pm – all levels (1.5 hrs)

About the Leader

Senior Staff

Our Senior staff are TTC graduates who have dedicated their life to yoga practice and teaching.  They teach regularly at Sivananda Yoga Centers and Ashrams in various locations around the world.  They are a wealth of knowledge eager to share their wisdom and guide you to a deeper practice.
