Learn how to teach a complete Sivananda class with the use of a chair and explore how to adapt the class for those with limited mobility. Practicing in a chair offers students with limited mobility the opportunity to experience the benefits of Yoga. The course will count as 20 hrs credit for continuing education with the Yoga Alliance.
