Negative thought patterns are prevalent in our modern, fast pace life. Our minds are saturated and sensitivity numbed with information overload and the confusion that comes from local, national or world news, especially during the current Covid-19 crisis. In this atmosphere, it is difficult for us to access our innate positive and joyful nature, and remember the goodness of human beings and the grace of God. The Positive Thinking Retreat delivers practical Yoga tools to recharge and reconnect with the beauty and meaning of your life. We can not change the external but we can change our outlook towards it.

Learn to live in the solid present and recognize this moment as a golden opportunity. Workshops and lectures specifically on the power of thought, how to live in the present, and how to turn negative feelings and thoughts to positive feelings and positive actions, how to manage stress and respond positively to challenges. Yoga psychology and philosophy have a wealth of techniques and information that will help us to not only cope in a healthy way but to thrive in all conditions.

You will receive a 90-minute one-on-one Yoga Health assessment with the instructor Prema (TTC 2012, ATTC 2016, SYHET-in-training since 2019) and a personalized plan of care based on the 5 Points of Yoga.

All workshops are free of charge and mentored by Swami Dharmananda, senior teacher with Sivananda Institute of Health and Yoga.
