Katie Papo (Ambika) is a Sivananda Yoga teacher, certified sports nutrition specialist, certified fitness trainer, holistic life coach, and weight management specialist. She designs and leads wellness programs, workshops, and classes specializing in holistic approaches to stress management, self-care and eating habits.
